Leshea Beauchamp is an experienced real estate professional who has decided to focus on the real estate business in order to achieve the lifestyle she has always wanted, while following her passion. Looking for more flexibility and time with her family, Leshea decided to join a real estate business on a 21+ Million dollar team, The Hibbert Group.
From watching HGTV throughout her childhood and dreaming about being a realtor and buying properties around the world, Leshea has now made this dream a reality. She knew she had a passion for the industry early on, but like many, she got wrapped up in the 9-5. Now, Leshea is focusing on living her purpose and helping others through real estate.
Leshea truly cherishes what she provides to her clients in real estate. Unlike other agents, Leshea treats her clients like family. As a mother of 2, she is passionate about putting other families in their dream homes.

While starting on her own was tough, Leshea found her way to success through consistency and passion. “Once you find your purpose you will find passion in building your business daily,” says Leshea. Once you have this, it is important to find a mentor, create a business plan, set goals, hold yourself accountable, and stay the course until you see the fruits of your labor.
While Leshea is based in Florida, her brokerage is worldwide, allowing her to service clients all over the world. This year, she plans to continue to invest more and sell more homes by reaching a higher number of clients through social media channels in order to continue to achieve greatness.
