Rod Khleif is an incredible serial entrepreneur, real estate investor, mentor and podcast host who has made a name for himself in many industries. From day one Rod always knew his purpose was to add value to people which is what led him to his business and personal success. When Rod started his podcast Lifetime Cash Flow Through Real Estate Investing, he offered free 30 minute calls to his listeners to help them with anything that they needed. He ended up helping hundreds of people with these calls. At just 18 years old, he was able to “monetize his passion” for modifying cars. He created an eCommerce aftermarket wheel and tire store called VQMotoring. It quickly grew into his first Multi-million dollar venture. Cesar found his passion for sales when he became the youngest tv sales manager in Circuit City. His brand and himself were featured in many magazines like Eurotuner, Superstreet, and his biggest feature was Heavy Hitters Magazine issue 11 back in June 2009. Gilberto is a successful man who runs a financial services firm. He has over 50 licensed agents within the southeast with the sole intent of assisting everyone be protected if something happens to them now and to ensure that in the later years, they do not outlive their finances, resulting in people retiring and never having to work again. What motivated Gilberto to start a business is wanting the ability to assist people without limitations and the way they see fit. Working for another financial services company would not afford him the ability to really get to know his clients and train others to effectively help others as well. Sam Primm is a highly successful real estate investor, and serial entrepreneur who is making waves in the entrepreneurial space, and on social media. Sam knew in order to create generational wealth and ditch the 9 to 5 life he was living he needed to become a successful entrepreneur and invest in real estate. Now, he owns 5 different businesses in the real estate world FasterFreedom, FasterHouse, Rental Portfolio, Greater STL Rentals, and MidWest Property Group. – Claudinne Hibbert-Smith
Claudienne Hibbert-Smith has shifted the paradigm of what the premise of a teenage mother could ever be. Claudienne became pregnant at the age of 14. Unlike some who saw doom in her future as a result of her pregnancy, failure was not an option for her.
Today, Claudienne Hibbert-Smith is a multi-million dollar real estate producer. At age 21, she became a licensed real estate agent. At the same time, she decided to start a real estate investing company which has grown to assets exceeding Millions of Dollars.
