From an early age, she would always pay attention to different needs in the world and come up with business ideas to solve them. Fast forward to her early 20s and she co-founded her first business, a fitness company that sold fitness equipment and clothing across Canada and the United States. While being a business owner, she had mentors and leaders in her life that she looked up to for advice and guidance. Ben Newman is a successful entrepreneur, speaker, Author and Performance Coach for athletes and business professionals. Growing up, he watched his single mom fight to make ends meet. Right before he turned 8 years old Ben lost his mom to a rare muscle disease called amyloidosis. Leah Kay is a successful entrepreneur and she has made a huge name for herself in the entrepreneurial world and in the hair accessories industry. After dropping out of graduate school, she later became a fitness trainer but soon found out that she wanted to do more and cultive a greater impact. After leaving that, she soon saw a need in the hair accessory industry, there were no comfortable and fashionable headbands. With that in mind, nothing in the bank, and a sewing machine she decided to fix that need.
